         Zero Data Selling: We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal or clinical data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
    

2. 60-Day Free Trial

We provide a full 60-day free trial for all new users. During this period, clinics can explore all features (Billing, Reports, Staff Management) without any financial commitment. No credit card is required to start the trial.

3. How We Use Information

To provide seamless patient registration and report generation.
To send automated appointment reminders and report status via WhatsApp/SMS.
To generate financial reports and salary slips for clinic internal management.
To verify report authenticity through our QR code system.

4. Data Ownership & Rights

The clinic remains the sole owner of the data it enters. Users can request access, correction, or permanent deletion of their data at any time. Patient data is only processed on behalf of the registered clinic.
