GoClinic24 provides a smart lab management system designed to help healthcare providers manage patient data, professional billing, and automated communication via WhatsApp for better patient experience.

2. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your clinic login credentials and patient data.
• Legal Use: You must not misuse the platform for illegal activities, unauthorized data access, or any fraudulent clinical reporting.

3. Subscription & 60-Day Trial

We provide a 60-day free trial to allow healthcare providers to test our system. After the trial period, a subscription fee applies based on your selected plan to continue using the services.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

We use clinic and patient data solely to provide services such as appointment updates, billing notifications, and secure report sharing.

5. WhatsApp Communication

By using Goclinic24, you consent to receive automated messages on WhatsApp related to your clinic activity, including billing updates, patient report readiness notifications, and account alerts.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoClinic24 is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect data entry by the user, temporary system downtime, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., WhatsApp API or Internet outages).

7. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
